Bids received electronically through QuestCDN vBid Online Bidding ONLY. The online bid
portal will be open for vBid on July 10, 2024. No paper bids will be accepted. The project plans
are GVP2024-01 Glacial Valley Trail, which includes grading, bituminous paving, concrete
sidewalk, and turf establishment. A virtual bid opening will be held by the South Washington
Watershed District at 1:00 pm, Thursday, August 1, 2024. At that time, the Bids received will be
publicly opened and read at an online Zoom bid opening meeting. Those interested in viewing

No paper bids will be considered. A bid bond for five (5%) percent of the bid is required to
submit a vBid online through the QuestCDN portal.
The bids will be tabulated and the bid award will be considered by South Washington Watershed
District (SWWD) staff and agents at 6:00 PM on August 14, 2024 for Contract No. GVP2024-01
for the furnishing of all labor and materials and all else necessary for the following.
Unless otherwise specifically indicated under the item description of the legal advertisement, all
bids shall be subject to the following:

SWWD reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to
exceed sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids will be
